Our course guides are general information, not career, financial or educational advice. Some links are affiliate links that may earn us a commission, as explained in our disclosure. Course content, prices, free trials and enrollment are provided by the course provider under its own terms, and any purchase is between you and that provider. Details can change, so check them on the provider's page before you enroll.
Games
The games are free and provided for fun. Don't cheat, exploit bugs, harass other players or use automated tools. We may reset game data, change games or remove a player's access to keep things fair. Games have no real-money prizes or value.
Acceptable use
Don't use the site to break the law, interfere with our servers, or copy our content for commercial use without permission.
Intellectual property
The site's text, design and our games belong to Lloydtown or are used with permission. Course and brand names belong to their owners and are used only to identify their courses.
No warranty and limitation of liability
We provide the site and games "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site, the games or any third-party course, and our total liability is limited to CAD $100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Nothing here limits consumer rights you have where you live.
